Child Safety Standards

1. Adults-Only Service

Kopargo is a dating service restricted to people who are 18 years old or older.

Minors may not create an account or use Kopargo. Any suspicion that an account belongs to a minor must be reported immediately.

This age restriction does not replace our child safety prevention, moderation, and reporting obligations.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content and Behavior

Creating, uploading, publishing, storing, sharing, requesting, selling, or distributing any child sexual abuse material, whether real, simulated, or computer-generated, is prohibited.

Child grooming for sexual purposes, sexualization of a minor, sextortion, child sex trafficking, and any attempt to solicit a meeting, image, or sexual act involving a minor are also prohibited.

Using a profile, gallery, message, video call, or any other Kopargo feature to facilitate, encourage, conceal, or normalize child exploitation is prohibited.

Any such content or behavior may result in immediate removal, account restriction or permanent deletion, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

3. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

In the App or on the website, use the Report button available on the relevant profiles, photos, and videos.

You can also open Report a Problem and select the Child Safety category to send a priority report to the Kopargo team.

Identify the relevant profile, content, or behavior and provide precise information. Do not download, forward, or reshare CSAM as evidence.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or law enforcement in your country without delay.

4. Kopargo Review and Enforcement

Child safety reports are treated as high priority and reviewed through Kopargo administration.

After obtaining knowledge of prohibited content or behavior, Kopargo may remove the content, prevent access, restrict or delete the account, and take the steps necessary to protect users.

When required by law, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authorities.

Kopargo cooperates with valid legal requests and may preserve strictly necessary information when required by law or to protect a child.

5. Designated Child Safety Contact

Kopargo maintains a designated contact for CSAE/CSAM prevention practices and compliance notifications. To limit abuse and spam, the contact details are not published on this page. They are shared privately with platforms, authorities, and competent organizations when required by a legitimate request.

For user reports, the in-app Report a Problem form remains the recommended method so the case can be recorded and handled through Kopargo administration.
